Dirty, unmanaged, poorly maintained
No staff or maintenance on site. It’s a total free for all with all residents, and rules don’t apply. Carpets are absolutely filthy, and trash everywhere, especially in stair wells. Units have lots of issues and repairs as soon as you move in. No ceiling fans, side doors do not lock so anyone can come inside, and the main doors are key locked which is a total pain.
Trash chutes are permanently closed
A few broken down cars in the parking lot but nobody cares. Reserved parking is a free for… all
These units are extremely cheap and severely overpriced. Do not waste your time or money here, better deals and units elsewhere.
Cheap appliances which are noisy and perform poorly. Layout is awful as you can’t even open the fridge door without hitting the wall
Also stay away from the ground floor. It is extremely loud, dirty, and some units are overpacked with people.Review from Apartments.com
