The Pearl Founders Square

I’ve been living here for about a year. At first, everything seemed great. But as time went on, cracks began to show that really brings down the quality of this place. Firstly, the dog waste situation is beyond out of hand. They advertise a dog park as an amenity, but I’d refrain from using it because there is so much dog waste that when you walk by, it smells horrendous. Along with that, there are absolutely no cameras, making the area feel unsafe. People who live here litter, smoke weed, and... do not pick up after their dogs and unfortunately there is no method to finding out who the culprits are because there is no way for them to actually monitor who is responsible for ruining the place for everyone else. And I know this is more minor, but the landscaping is a mess, not once in the year I lived here, have I seen anyone actually maintain and keep it clean. Because this place says it’s “luxury” I feel like these small but important things apply, otherwise it is just false advertisement. The place is beautiful, the location is the best, the staff is great and very helpful. And the neighbors are nice. I love it here

I have been happy in my second year in my apartment. They are always friendly and attentive to my needs. I really like my apartment and as a senior I appreciate how they look out for me. I have good neighbors.

My wife and I have lived at The Pearl for over three years, and we plan to renew our lease when it comes up again because of the excellent experience that we have had here. The management team and leasing agents have been helpful whenever called upon, and the maintenance team almost never takes longer than a day to complete maintenance requests. As this apartment complex is relatively new, our appliances have not needed any major repairs to this point. We have loved living at the Pearl. The apartments are beautiful with appealing finishes and nice, large spaces. The open floor plan and nice sized kitchen have been wonderful for our family and also for entertaining.

With two pools, a demo kitchen, a fantastic gym, yoga room, coffee bar, and more, the amenities are to die for. The maintenance engineers are also very talented and responsive. Any issues we had were addressed very promptly.

You will love living at the Pearl.
