Don't come here
Seems like They go up on the rent every 6 months even during the pandemic. They don't have pest control. Parking is horrible, no where for guests to park you get parking tickets where the office people told us that was for our guest to park the building managers don't care to help tenants they actually get an attitude like she the one who has to pay the fee!!. Water system is a joke...washer and dryer 50.00 a month extra on rent....you pay that off quick but they still charge you. No security... people card get broken into every now and then. Towing is a game over here as well They play. It's just a hot mess I can't wait to move so many people moved out already because of the fact that they don't look out for the tenants everything is all about money . Oh and you have a pool that you can never access they don't even clean it disgusting I been living here 3 years and only accessed it msybr 3x and the gym ...lol what gym its literally 2 stations in there a BIG JOKE...just go else where trust me you going to be a little upset when it comes down to the things I mentioned above.
