WARNING: DO NOT MOVE HERE. This place is a complete nightmare. The rent is insanely overpriced, the staff is rude, unprofessional, and they clearly do not care about residents. All they see are dollar signs—they treat people like wallets to be drained, not human beings who deserve decent living conditions.
They’ll tow your car at 7 PM without hesitation, but can’t even handle the basics like trash pickup. Sometimes it’s 9 PM, sometimes it’s skipped completely—and yet if YOU leave your trash can... out before or after their “approved times,” they’ll fine you. Total hypocrisy.
Maintenance is useless. The AC constantly breaks, but the unit is locked so you can’t even fix it yourself. If it happens after hours, you’re stuck sweating all night because no one is available to help. The stove randomly stops working too, and they don’t treat it like an urgent issue—they’ll “come when they feel like it.” Half the time, the mailroom doesn’t even work, and they don’t send codes so you can’t access your own packages.
And don’t forget—you’re paying sky-high rent to live in a complex that sits right on a noisy highway. So even if your AC is working, you still don’t get peace or comfort.
This place is overpriced, stressful, and run by staff who do not care about you. They make up rules as they go, fine you for their own mistakes, and ignore residents when it’s inconvenient. For what they charge, it’s a complete scam.
Save your money, your peace of mind, and your sanity. Do NOT live here—you’ll regret it.
