Everything seems fine but the locked gates, are left unlocked, by the people who use them. There was some residents who were disregarding the speed limit rules where they were speeding with a 4x4 off road vehicle max power driving by building G and paying no attension to the residents or kids where they can hurt the young kids if they ran out by the vehicles parked. Again that was the persons of younger age say about 19 years old to 25yrs old that I do not like. Thank you to the amazing maintenance team for always having a quick response. Grounds are always clean and the amenities are great! Been here for 3 years and its very well managed. Char rented to me and I wish she was still there. Now I will only deal with the community manager. Overall best place to live in Navarre!

Can’t say enough good things about my community! Love all the office staff! Ali & Gator are my 2 favorite employees!!!!! Maintenance is always on top of any issues we have ever had and fixes things in such a timely manner!

Good so far, very quiet and neat. The moving process was easy and quick. everything in the apartment was ready to go just a quick phone call here and there and I was good to go with all my ammeties in the apartment

My apartment has been wonderful to live here. I feel safe and am very proud to be a resident. Parking spaces have been improved with my changing apartments
