Sanctuary Cove Apartments

If i could rate this place 0 stars, I would. I have been living here for 17 years and have never experienced the amount of crime I have recently. Security is terrible. They drive around int heir stupid little golf carts and sit on their phones watching movies all night. I have literally seen them. I got my car broken into the other night and had things stolen. So did my neighbor. We pay for security and the "secured" gate, which BY THE WAY is always open. They set up cameras that don't even… face my building so I wasn't able to see who broke into my car. Many of my neighbors have gotten their cars and homes broken into in the past couple months and have had things stolen as well. I'm sick and tired of the crime and disgusting living conditions. I feel extremely unsafe and fear for my life every time I get home after sunset. Additionally, we have been trying to get floors in our apartment for YEARS! Half of the tenants in my building have floors instead of carpet. The management keeps raising the rent but not accommodating. They keep saying that we are "next on the list." It has been YEARS. It's unacceptable and I have had it. One last thing, my building, along with others, has a severe roach infestation. We have had to take matters into our own hands and completely bomb the unit. The roaches still come back. I suppose it's because our neighbors all have roaches as well. The maintenance comes to "fumigate" but it's literally BS and the "poison" does nothing to help the problem. THEY KEEP COMING BACK. I absolutely hate this place.
