Don’t fall for it
Moved here late last year. My unit was beautiful. Didn’t realize that the renovations just cover up the existing problem. I’ve had a huge problem with mice starting the 4 month. There is also a huge problem with the plumbing. My bathroom sink has junk coming up from it whenever it feels like it. This is very disturbing and disgusting. I hate it here. Building has significantly declined. They used to have a cleaning company clean the outside, staircase, etc every week. Now that is nonexistent.

Horrible : beware
Not worth it roaches are crawling all over it . It’s like putting lipstick on a trashcan. Not worth the money

We recently changed Pest control companies as we try and rectify neglect from... previous owners and management. It definitely takes a community to keep where you live clean and pest free.
