The staff is great, always friendly and helpful maintenance people as well very helpful but the cleaning crew it’s disaster when I move here three years ago we had also floating chairs in the pool and they are gone. They should definitely bring them back. That was one of the reason why I moved here with my daughter people here are very nice and friendly

We love the location of the complex; it's a quiet area, and we really like the green space and the different areas for relaxing. We enjoy the events and celebrations; they're beautifully decorated and eye-catching.

It was an extremely easy process. I was helped all the way and all my questions were answered.
The staff who helped me was professional and helpful. The only thing that could be improved on would be maybe creating a warm experience as this sometimes is a life changing process for people and it's important for staff to recognize that and have a warm welcoming approach.
