I am highly satisfied with the building’s amenities and recreational spaces. The pleasant walk path along the river is ideal for my dog’s daily walks. Additionally, the staff is exceptionally friendly and highly attentive.

Great amenities and the pool is gorgeous. Love the promenade access for walks. Blys is pet friendly. Pet owners could do a better job with picking up after their pets. Staff is great, tons of convenient stores nearby, and pretty decent parking. Very chill and overall quiet community.

Overall, everything is quite good. However, we’re experiencing some issues with the electricity, and we have a very loud neighbor who makes strange and disturbing noises at night, which makes it difficult to sleep. Other than that, the place is clean, quiet, and feels safe.
