A security camera is installed outside near the entrance for everyone’s safety. It does not record inside the home and complies with privacy policies. Please don’t unplug or tamper with it during your stay. We allow a maximum of 2 dogs per stay (small breed only). The fee is $60 for each small dog. All dogs must be declared in advance. The property may be subject to annual inspections by the city, bank, or insurance company. If this occurs during a reservation and the guest is not present, the property manager will access the home to attend the inspection.
