Pets are welcome for an additional fee. Parking is limited to 1 compact car per unit.
Centrally located, you’ll be just minutes from major attractions, dining, and entertainment. Lake Eola Park is only 5 minutes away. The Orlando Museum of Art is about 10 minutes away. Harry P. Since the property consists of several independent units, you may occasionally hear noise from neighbors. To maintain a peaceful environment, keep noise levels low between 8:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and will result in an automatic complaint. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A security camera is installed outside near the entrance for everyone’s safety. It does not record inside the home and complies with privacy policies. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed per stay (small breed only). The fee is $60 for each small dog. All dogs must be declared in advance, be house-trained and non-aggressive, require a crate if left alone indoors, require a leash when outside, are not allowed on furniture (bring your pet’s bedding), and must be cleaned up after both indoors and outdoors.
