The Grounds & Noise: There is poop all over the grounds. If you love the sound of race cars, motorcycles, and ATVs driving across multiple floors, then you’ll love it here. The walls are paper-thin.

Amenities: The pools are always closed, and the security gates are always broken. They are finally starting to paint the exterior, but putting makeup on a pig still makes it a pig. There is absolutely nothing "luxury" about this place.

The 5-Star Review Trap: Don't be fooled by the high rating. The... five-star reviews are strictly for the maintenance staff when they actually fix a problem—they have nothing to do with the actual management or quality of the property.

Move-Out Charges & Scams: I am currently in the middle of a dispute with them over my carpet's subfloor. I have never had a single stain on my carpet, and I have the pictures and video to prove it. How am I supposed to know what condition the subfloor underneath the carpet was in when I moved in? They will try to nickel-and-dime you.

The only positive thing I can say is that I was lucky enough to live in a building that wasn't infested like Building 6. I am so happy to be gone, and I will continue to write reviews everywhere so other people don't make the mistake of staying here.

I moved in June, I have been living in conditions that no person should have to tolerate. From day one, the unit was infested with roaches. This didn’t appear later –this is how they delivered the apartment to us. We sent videos, photos, and reports from the very first day. Despite several basic fumigations, nothing changed. We still see roaches in the kitchen, shower, bathroom, carpet, and even on the bed. I work in the food industry, so living with an infestation like this is not just... disgusting/ it is unsanitary and extremely risky
The communication with the administration is terrible. Nobody from the office ever answers. They don’t notify if they’re coming, they don’t notify if they’re not coming, they don’t answer emails, they don’t return calls, they don’t confirm schedules, and they never let us know what is going on. We always have to chase them to find out why they didn’t show up. The lack of responsibility and organization is unbelievable.
We have been waiting for more than a month for the special “flush” treatment, which is supposedly the only one that can eliminate the infestation. To prepare for it, we were told to pack absolutely EVERYTHING in boxes: food, dishes, entire cabinets, clothes, utensils, pots — literally everything. We have been living among boxes for over a month, unable to cook or live normally. Even though we did everything they asked, the dates were rescheduled again and again without notice and without explanation.
One of the worst moments was during one of those reschedulings: they were supposedly coming at a time when we couldn’t be in the unit for several hours. I had to sleep in the car, literally, to avoid being inside the apartment during the treatment. And what happened? Yhey didn’t come. They didn’t notify us. They didn’t call. They didn’t message. Nothing.

Later they told us it was “rescheduled,” and even tried to imply that we had canceled it/ which is completely false. It is a total lack of respect for the residents.
The reality is that living here has become impossible: Surrounded by cockroaches/ Living out of boxes/ No communication/ No hygiene/ No ability to cook/ No ability to rest/ No ability to have visitors/ No clear answers
And the worst part: it is undignified and UNSANITARY for anyone to have to live the way we are living in completely improper and unpleasant conditions. This affects my health, my rest, my emotional stability, my hygiene, and my job. No one should have to go through this. Read More

The apartment was infested with cockroaches. Maintenance never cleans the top floors. Hidden fees every month! Don't rent here!

We just moved in about a month ago and we absolutely love it. The dog park and spa are great for my furbaby

When I came to the property to tour I absolutely loved the way everyone was so welcoming! Everyone was so energetic and when I image a team that is well put together they are what I see. The property was clean and organized. Unfortunately I did not lease here because I needed something a lot closer to work. If anything changes I will circle back around!
