Cortland on Orange is WONDERFUL

I recently toured at Cortland on Orange and had a wonderful time. The apartments had very modern smart home features. They have keyless entry and dimmable lights. Everything was clean and the entire office staff was so warm and friendly. I’m going to be moving in later this Summer and I can’t wait. The roof top pool had an amazing view of Downtown, and the fitness center has all the equipment needed as well.

Living here for 2 months

I want to acknowledge that Samantha has been very respectful and has made my experience here much better. However, my interactions with some of her colleagues have not been as positive. I received a rude call from one of them early on, which was off-putting. Additionally, the ongoing elevator issues and inconvenient parking have been frustrating. I feel uncomfortable with the constant office visits and emails, which gives me the impression of being watched or harassed. I would appreciate more... space and less frequent contact. Overall, I hope these issues can be addressed.

Regarding parking, guest spaces are available on the first floor at no additional cost, which shifts resident parking to the second floor. If you'd like to explore options for a closer space, please stop by the office—we're happy to help!

As part of maintaining the community and complying with scheduled inspections, we provide at least 24-hour notice and will always notify you as early as possible when we can.

We appreciate you being part of our community! Please let us know if there’s anything else we can do to improve your experience.

Cortland on Orange is a beautiful property!

I recently stopped into Cortland on Orange just to get some information as I’m unsure if I’m moving just yet. The entire leasing office was extremely pleasant and I had to compliment them on the smell and aesthetics. Pricing was a little higher than I would like at this time but if anything changes they would definitely be my top option.

Amazing property & Staff

This property has everything you need. You cannot beat the rooftop view of the downtown skyline. The pool and amenities are definitely top tier. This is the place to be right on the out skirts of downtown and not is the madness of downtown Orlando.
