My property tour experience with Destiny and then a follow up tour weeks later the day before Thanksgiving when the office was actually closed was above and beyond. They could have easily asked me to come back after the holiday weekend but they fit me in the schedule last minute and that is what impressed me to actually apply. Destiny was great and I also met the Property Manager and Asst they were all super! When I moved in the maintenance staff saw me in the hallway and they even stopped to... introduce themselves and said welcome. I am very happy in my 1st month.

I’ve had a wonderful experience at Encore Narcoossee! The apartments are beautifully designed with high-quality finishes, and the amenities are top-notch, especially the pool and fitness center. The staff has been fantastic, particularly Naesha, who was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout my leasing process, making my move-in smooth and stress-free. The location is convenient to shopping and dining, which adds to the overall appeal. The first thing that separates Encore from all others in Lake nona is the staff! The management is very involved in the property management. The management is in house and not absent like other places. The value provided for the facilities is unparalleled. Easy access to highways, downtown, groceries and medical facilities.

After my tour with Miguel. I fell in love with my apartment. The apartment has everything I was looking for plus more. The new upgraded appliances are such a plus.The property is well maintained and maintenance is so helpful and prompt. I'm so glad I chose these apartments.

This is an amazing place to dwell, calm and the leasing team are very professional. I see them going to places and the sky is their beginning. I am very selective, if I tell you an environment is good to live in, trust me. It's a comfortable and peaceful apartment to be in. Great job guys!
