This community is wonderful. Everyone in the front office in amazing and super helpful with anything you need. The maintenance staff is extremely nice and helpful as well. The community is well maintained and very clean. It is tucked away just enough where it is nice and quiet but still close enough to everything you need. We definitely made the right choice in choosing Encore Narcoossee!! It is a great place to live!!

My property tour experience with Destiny and then a follow up tour weeks later the day before Thanksgiving when the office was actually closed was above and beyond. They could have easily asked me to come back after the holiday weekend but they fit me in the schedule last minute and that is what impressed me to actually apply. Destiny was great and I also met the Property Manager and Asst they were all super! When I moved in the maintenance staff saw me in the hallway and they even stopped to… introduce themselves and said welcome. I am very happy in my 1st month.
