Well maintained community

They doing a lot of work to make the apartment more nicer. Only if they can do something about letting us use the gym outside of the office hours

Love it here

Love the atmosphere quiet and layed back the location is really what did it for me honestly. The complex is well kept, I get the occasional swim in the swimming pool and the office people and maintenance are always nice to me when I have a problem! I don’t usually write reviews but love my apartments<3

I have experienced repeated maintenance problems, including an ongoing A/C water leak and work orders being closed before the issue was fully resolved. I have submitted photographs and requested a permanent repair and moisture inspection. I hope management addresses the situation promptly
