Within 3 days of moving in, I experienced a severe roach infestation, observing over 15 roaches in a single night, and notified management immediately. I was offered pest control, a unit transfer, or lease termination; however, other available units I personally toured also had roaches, indicating a broader issue within the building.

When I raised these concerns, the property manager was dismissive, stating that because roaches were not seen during their walkthrough, the issue effectively did... not exist, and implying the sightings may be tenant-related. This was despite my having lived in the unit for fewer than five days. I also spoke with neighboring tenants, who confirmed ongoing roach issues in surrounding units and noted frequent turnover in my unit.

I terminated my lease due to uninhabitable conditions. Assistance with moving costs was only offered if I relocated to another unit within the same complex, which I declined because of roaches there as well.

Living here has been a nightmare. For the past six months, our apartment was infested with roaches. We submitted multiple maintenance requests, but the issue was never resolved. Management would claim that someone came to spray, however, there’s been times when I have been home the whole day and no one ever came. Meanwhile, roaches were in our kitchen, bathroom, closets, and personal items. It made living here uncomfortable and unsanitary.

To make matters worse, they charged us an extra $3,000... for not giving 60 days’ notice that we were moving out. While this was technically in the lease, we expected some kind of clear reminder. You’d think they would send a text or at least an email with “URGENT” in the subject line. Instead, it was hidden at the bottom of one of their generic emails — the same kind of messages most people ignore because they send so many irrelevant updates. The office didn't care to show me my new apartment, they relied on my memory from 3 months prior when the person that sold me this place was fired afterwards (and nobody called me to talk to me about our conversations to make sure I was ok)
I get to my apartment and it is totally not the apartment I signed up for.
I was shown the residence, but there was someone living in it, but it was on the street. This apartment is facing the parking lot and I have 3 air conditioner units outside of my porch... .... not a relaxing scene, plus I am looking at cars right beside my porch.
I am very disappointed with the lack of caring that they made, no effort to show me my mailbox, or explain this stupid CCS thing.... unprofessional, and for the money, just not ok Read More

I would never allow anyone I care about to live in these apartments. And, if I can stop someone else from moving in here it would be worth writing this review.
- the pest problem in my 2 bedroom apartment was out of control. I lived with spiders for weeks. They were everywhere. It was to the point I found myself looking on Youtube, Googling, calling friends, buying my own pest spray, and laying traps just to get some relief. I called the office SIX times complaining and asking for help. After... , they sent over some spray that states in bold letters "NEVER SPRAY INSIDE HOUSE" for me to use INSIDE my apartment, they finally sent over someone to spray after I demanded some help. Keep in mind it's a $20 pest fee monthly attached to the rent prices. Now, I understand we are living through a pandemic but it's no excuse for the lackluster attempt from the leasing office.

- The NOISE in this apartment is unbearable. I live on the second floor. The couple above me has no sense of understanding that there is someone under them. They play their surround sound at high volumes to the point where you can feel the vibrations from the sound in my living room. It's so loud that I can watch the my lights shake. Also, I can hear every single step they make, every door closing, every cabinet door open and close, them running back in forth and now they have a new thing they are entering into.... yelling at each other. I have a chain of emails to the front office, and many calls asking for some help in getting my neighbors to please calm down. But, I was met with one leasing agent suggesting that I move to a different apartment in the complex. Instead, of doing something about the noise. So, they want me to be understanding in a deadly pandemic about how fast things can be done, BUT it's okay for me to risk my life to move. Now, I'm told that they have to start a investigation to really figure out if the noise is coming from the apartment above me like I'm not smart enough to tell where sound comes from. It's above me head!!! It was suggested by staff for me to work on my balcony as if it's not 90 degrees outside and if I don't pay rent on time each month, because I complained that my management could her the noise from above during our class. Oh, lets not forget her asking me to record the voice as if you can really get a good recording of of vibrations on a IPhone.
