The community manager Frank offered me excellent customer service when I visited the community last week. The community has great curb appeal.

Dont fall for the pictures

I left because the area is suspect and they kept raising rent yet didn’t want to fix anything on the grounds or in apartment. On top of that the roaches were unbearable.

All the apartments are infested with rats and they never answer calls for repairs very horrible I’m planning on moving out in a little

Run away from this place, far away!!

Worst complex ever! Roaches are bad, even the roaches have roaches. They never repair anything. The tubs pealed paint, parking lot lights are out, storm damage never repaired, front gate never works, etc.
Management does nothing but make threats against tenants to charge fees.
I promise you, any positive reviews about this place are completely fabricated. Nobody is happy with Millenia West

Don't move here!

They don't fix anything we have residents that have holes in ceiling that has been there over 2years. Patio and parking lot flooding. Roofs collapsed. Management is rude. If you know what's good for you don't waste your time or money. Roaches running rampant.
