I picked the Eden because it was very close to work and it's wonderful living here. With the perks of living in a new home and the competitive pricing, I think it's a wonderful place to live. It's really nice to not have upstairs neighbors, as the villas are either a duplex or standalone.

I absolutely love living here and it feels like home. My neighbors are fantastic. It’s like living in your own little town. The private homes with private yards are truly a gem and no maintenance. It’s like owning a home without the headaches. ;)

I enjoy living here. Jessica and the Maintenace crew are amazing. Pool area and sunsets are the best!
Wish there was a complete walk around the lake with mile markers ;)

What I love about Eden:
1.) Each unit is an individual structure, so there are no common walls, and I have no upstairs or downstairs neighbors.
2.) The staff is excellent, in all respects.
3.) The appliances are Whirlpool, which are American made and very high quality (how many people reading this are tired of having a noisy dishwasher that doesn't clean dishes well?)
