Nice apartments, friendly staff, and good events. But the building is a bit old and has no thermal insulation — it gets really hot in the summer, with the AC running day and night, and cold in the winter. Still, the location is great: lots of shops, a mall, daycares, and schools nearby.

Excellent place to live with your family. All the facilities are very clean. The staff are very friendly and professional. The location of the community are close to the restaurants and shopping center. I really recommend this place to live.

Overall, it's a nice apartment community to live in. The rent and increases each year are a bit pricey. The larger one-bedroom apartments have a lot of space, which is the main reason, I chose this apartment community initially. The maintenance team is the BEST hands down. They always strive to respond to work requests in a timely manner. For the most part, it's a safe area to live in. During the timeframe I have lived in the community, I'm not aware of anything major happening. Also, the... location is convenient to shopping areas and major roadways (417 and 528). However, it's a high traffic area as well. I definitely recommend the apartment community, if it's in your budget.
