My apartment is great in spite of the microwave that needs replacing. I am confident the team will be working on taking care of it. Mandy is doing an excellent job at ensuring things get fixed, replaced, or are addressed in a timely manner. I enjoy living in this complex, my apartment is wonderful. Because it is an older complex I expect things to need replacing or repair on occasion. Mandy and the girls in the office have been on top of getting things done. I am quite happy with their... response to any issues. If you submit a repair request they are on too of it THAT day or no later than the next day. You can’t ask for more than that as a tenant. And again this is a beautiful neighborhood and I am happy I chose to move here.

My experience here at Sanctuary has been a pleasure. My leasing agent Bria made my transition the easiest of all of my moves. Anything that I requested was answered in a timely fashion, and she has been very accommodating in making sure that my unit was something that she would have felt comfortable in moving into herself.
