I am very happy with how my issue was resolved. I reported that my stove burners were overheating, and since the change of personnel in the community, the efficiency has been incredible. I want to give a special shout-out and a huge thank you to the maintenance team, especially Edwin and Héctor, who were extremely professional and attentive. They replaced my stove completely, I’ve already tested it, and it works excellently. It is wonderful to see such responsive customer service and such an... efficient maintenance team. Great job!

Roach issues. Clogged toilets. The A/C isn’t fully functional. You call the office and they don’t answer most times. Maintenance is not great. They pretend to fix the issue, however they know the dishwasher is still broken and hence caused a flood.

Great community and in a great area except for the morning and evening traffic which suck. And also having the school entrance at the same location as the exit of the community gate is chaotic during school beginning and ending times (traffic mess).
