Steelhouse Orlando

Incompetent management team, gates are always broken and property is poorly taken care of. They recently had a tow company come and tow cars from the garage. My registration is active, but the sticker fell off of my car. I let them know I was waiting for the replacement and when I woke up, my car was gone and I was told I would need to pay $150 in cash to get it back. I move from NC and found Steelhouse and sign a one year contract. Finally my contract ended and was able to move. Steelhouse biggest problem is management. They fail to keep control of the surrounding areas. The parking deck leak everywhere, so if it rain be prepare with an umbrellas. The garage doors are broken 85% of the time and several entry doors are broken and provide no security. The pool area is not clean and the grill are not clean. You will see trash everywhere. You will see trash in... the hallways in the parking deck and surrounding areas. The hallway are not clean by staff. Several time I had to walkaround dog urine. Management see the trash but do nothing to address issues and they see the other problem mention and to nothing. Right now they are painting the hallway but do not address the real issues, you see mold on the wall and all is done is paint, see trash and they just paint around it. Parking deck leaking and all we do is paint. Garage door don't work and all we do is paint. On top of this problem they are increasing the rent. So if you plan to pay this amount in rent look at another location that would provide at leas a clean area, that will provide security and that have doors that work properly. Read More

The location of Steelhouse can't be beat. Halfway between the central business district and Ivanhoe district means there's something for everyone, and there are excellent restaurants and bars in the NQ.

I liked living at Steelhouse until a new management company took over and now they rent out units like hotels and people who don't live there trash the place

Overall I have had a good experience with Steelhouse and am loving the location/ community. Rodney, the leasing staff, was very friendly and easy to talk to! He went out of his way to accommodate me. So far Im happy with my new apartment!
