Over all I like the apartment community, Its spacious and well maintained, But the extremely limited amenities for such a big community is a backdrop and also no security gate ( If anyone is walking into the community) can be a potential concern.

Cortland Vera Sanford is a great place to live. It is a gated community where everyone is nice and friendly. Beautiful pool and landscape. The townhomes are nice and quiet. Great place for walking. Overall great place to call home and it is convenient to shopping places and restaurants. Nice neighborhood and area to be in. We love it here.
