Friendly and helpful Staff was friendly and helpful
Unfortunately, the units are not available for viewing.
Some videos were shown.
I prefer no carpet in the bedrooms, so this one didn’t fit my liking,

Definitely Not Luxury

Moved in late November 2019. Had maintenance issues the first week with clothes dryer and toilet flushing. Took two months, 3 more requests and management approval, to finally get a dryer that would dry clothes. Now have a neighbor and his son who stomp on the floor, jump off the spiral staircase on the the floor until midnight, 1 or 2 in the morning. When I sent an emailed the office they said that they talked to them and then their suggestion was for us to move to a 2nd floor apartment so we… would not hear it.

Luxury living in a safe area

Heritage Estates is a beautiful complex on the North East side of Orlando. Just 10 minutes from the Waterford Lakes Town Center, it's located on a quiet and safe part of Curry Ford Rd. The exteriors are gorgeous and well maintained. The appliances inside and the carpet are slightly outdated. However, the units overall, are very nice considering the pristine location and price point.
