Definitely Not Luxury
Moved in late November 2019. Had maintenance issues the first week with clothes dryer and toilet flushing. Took two months, 3 more requests and management approval, to finally get a dryer that would dry clothes. Now have a neighbor and his son who stomp on the floor, jump off the spiral staircase on the the floor until midnight, 1 or 2 in the morning. When I sent an emailed the office they said that they talked to them and then their suggestion was for us to move to a 2nd floor apartment so we... would not hear it.
