With delayed responses. I have no AC for 2 days and no management follow-up.

One of the best

Great central location ( close to Ivanhoe district and I-4), good balance of size ( I can fit my dining room table! ), light (corner living rooms have 6 windows!), convenience ( well connected to garage ( thru bridge), good storage , great value for money, attractive amenities. Tour of apartment was delightful.

Best apartment in Orlando area

I wish I could give it more stars! I've been here almost 2 years and really appreciate the friendly and dedicated staff and how well maintained the property seems to be. They have a lot of different and fun events, a really great gym, new dog park, and even a mini market to buy snacks and drinks whenever. They also have a lot of regular food trucks that come every week. It's really close to my work and super close to Ivanhoe district so I can just grab a lime bike and go! My apartment is really... nice with granite counters and lots of storage in the kitchen, which is a chef's dream! You can't go wrong with The Ivy!
