Too Expensive for the Quality and Amenities
The rent price is very expensive compared to other better places in the area. The amenities are reasonable, but the only leisure option is the outdoor pool—there is no other outdoor space besides that. The chairs and tables in the leisure areas are often dirty and dusty.
The gym is small and poorly equipped. There are also noisy dogs, and the management team does not seem to make much effort to resolve this issue. When using the pool, you will likely notice the smell of marijuana.
The... maintenance staff is attentive, but the front desk staff can sometimes be rude and unfriendly when we need help resolving something.
The air conditioner/thermostat is very noisy and blows air directly at you, which is very uncomfortable. On very hot days, it can take days to properly regulate the temperature inside the apartment.

Regarding your concerns about the amenities, we’re happy to inform you that our gym equipment was recently repaired and replaced to ensure it meets our residents' needs. We also take pride in the cleanliness of our outdoor areas, and we clean the pool and chairs daily. That said, we will take additional steps to ensure the chairs and tables remain in pristine condition.
As for the noise issue from the dogs, please contact the office so we can notify the owner of the dog.
