The Oaks Apartments

The best thing about the studio here is that it's a big size, and split so that there's a living area and a bedroom area. My building faces i4 and up until several weeks ago that wasn't an issue, but with the removal of the tree line the noise has risen considerably, once construction is completed and the wall erected this will be a non issue.
Maitenance is pretty quick to deal with anything needed, and with it being a small complex there isn't much noise from neighbors, everyone here is either... friendly or decidedly keeps to themselves. Rates for the downtown area are perfect for a young couple or a few friends who don't mind living in close quarters, and although a little pricey for the young businesslady perfect for someone who just wants to live on their own and have space to breath.
