The Summit at MetroWest

The staff were super kind and amicable. Transitioned rather quickly but was not a fan of phone system nor how my unit was delivered. Sent out my requests so just waiting to see how it gets handled. Aside from that the vibe in community is super and all seem to look out for each other. I think I made a good choice.

The community is great. It just need a little more attention when it comes to cleaning the common hallways (pressure washing more often) and keeping valet trash cans empty.

Living at Rosemount at Windermere has been a frustrating experience. The management is largely ineffective, and the leasing agents have misled me on more than one occasion. Maintenance is slow to respond, and when they do, the repairs are often poorly done or don’t last.

The photos online are incredibly misleading. The actual units are outdated, with old cabinets that have simply been painted and fitted with new doors to appear upgraded. During storms, the windows visibly bow, which is... concerning, and the outdoor metal staircases are rusting and appear unsafe. I worry it’s only a matter of time before someone gets seriously injured.

Mold is a recurring issue in many of the units, and despite multiple reports, nothing seems to be done. The property is also overcrowded, with multiple families or large groups living in single units — I’ve personally witnessed one unit housing over a dozen people.

The community environment has drastically declined. It’s not uncommon to see adults drinking, playing loud music, and hanging out at the playground meant for children. Children often run through the property unsupervised and sometimes refuse to move out of the way of vehicles.

Getting anything repaired is a hassle. Unless you fix it yourself, don’t expect results. Even when maintenance does show up, the problem usually returns. Any attempt to address concerns with management is met with rudeness or indifference.

This property has a lot of potential, but until serious improvements are made in both infrastructure and management, I would not recommend living here. Read More

Our first impression was excellent. Luis helped us during the whole application process and made it easier, he was extremely helpful, patient and nice! can’t wait to move!!!!
