I've been here over a decade now and this place was great, but this new management company is an absolute nightmare (Rainey Property Management). They are creating problems where there are none instead of fixing the problems that actually exist.

At least once per month the dumpster breaks (or something?) and we end up with a 5 foot tall, 50 foot long pile of garbage for DAYS at a time.

So, instead of fixing that issue, they create a parking issue where everyone needs to have a permit to park… here longer than 3 days a month. I mean, people with boyfriends and girlfriends spend the night more than 3 nights a month. I have relatives that come down and stay because I live 2 miles down the road from Universal and 15 minutes from the Walt Disney theme parks. If you want to have permitted parking for specific areas, fine. That makes sense. People who live here should be able to park close to their buildings. However, putting any sort of limit on the amount of days in guest parking and threatening to tow if breached is an absolute overreach of authority that provides no quality of life to the residents.

I have cameras throughout my home (because who likes living somewhere where a bunch of strangers have keys; Maintenance staff, Office staff and who knows who else). So, when they come in for their inspections, I can see and hear them on recorded video... My dining room lights and my kitchen lights have both been out for a long time. I also have 1 sliding drawer in my kitchen that fell apart and had to be thrown out, so it's just a hole down to the cabinet below. Rainey Property Management has come in twice with their new quarterly walk through and I can see them flip the lights in the kitchen on, then the dining room and then audibly comment about how neither of them work. Then they will audibly mention the missing drawer in the kitchen. They also write all of this down on a clipboard. Yet not once has anyone come (or called to set up a day/time) to fix any of these things that they themselves pointed out. They saw it all during the first inspection and then come back 3 months later for the second inspection and act just as surprised as they were during the first inspection that the lights don't work and that there is a missing drawer. They know it and do nothing about it.
