Staff is very respectful and professional! Looks like nice place to live!
I was glad to get a call from Angela letting me know an apartment became available. Angela and Wendy had me come in for filing the application, letting me know what I needed to bring.
They were very professional but friendly and made me feel comfortable. The building and grounds looked well kept by Jake, Nathan and staff.
Amenities will be nice attributes.
I'm looking forward to settling in.

Great Place to Live
I have lived here for seven (7) years; I don't intend to ever live anywhere else because I am satisfied here.
No place is without its problems; neither is Holly Ridge.
We are only human and wear and tear is is to be expected but every problem I have ever run across here has been resolved in a timely manner.
Vickie and Wendy (office personnel) are professional but very nice. Sometimes they have to deal with problematic clients but they have to respond to these clients according to their given... orders. I think some people do not give them credit for this.
All in all, they do their job making this place a great place to live. I love it here.

Warden
HolyRidge could be a good place but Because of new Management who act like a Warden instead of an office Manager sad. She is very disrespectful does not no how to talk to people smelling people up and down like a Warden....ext...And the list goes on...
