    Put your money into your life, not this ridiculous corporate structure.
    There is no such thing as just paying rent here, they use Ratio Utility Billing System, which charges approximately between $80-$150 more a month on top of rent which fluctuates each month depending on all tenants Utility usage in the entire building collectively, along with paying a pet screening yearly, pet fee yearly and pet rent monthly, as well as renters insurance. They charge you to send you your monthly rent    … statement.
