Put your money into your life, not this ridiculous corporate structure.
There is no such thing as just paying rent here, they use Ratio Utility Billing System, which charges approximately between $80-$150 more a month on top of rent which fluctuates each month depending on all tenants Utility usage in the entire building collectively, along with paying a pet screening yearly, pet fee yearly and pet rent monthly, as well as renters insurance. They charge you to send you your monthly rent... statement.

I’ve had such a great experience thanks to the amazing apartment staff! They’re always friendly, helpful, and go out of their way to make sure residents feel comfortable and supported. Whether it’s handling maintenance requests quickly, answering questions with patience, or just greeting you with a smile, they truly make a difference in day-to-day living.

It’s clear they care about the community and take pride in their work. Living here feels like home, and a big part of that is because of the... wonderful team in the office. Thank you for everything you do

Quiet Living

I moved here in Feb 2024. It is a very quiet and friendly community. The staff has been very helpful. Love it here.

Refusing to provide repairs

Will happily update this once my repairs have been made but at this time they are stating that the owner will not give them approval to fix my roof since July of 2023. That's right - We're tarp living in hurricane country.
