I would give zero stars if I could. The list of problems was never ending: paper thin walls and floors so you hear EVERYTHING from the neighbors, air conditioning flooded the apartment multiple times, fruit flies in the kitchen no matter what we did, front gate never working to call or just standing open for weeks at a time. The last month we lived there, we repeatedly got calls from the office saying we didn’t pay rent, didn’t give notice to move out, etc. when we did, and after we moved out... got sent a bill for 300$ for “Damages”. Moving out because the walls are paper thin and you can hear the neighbors. People don’t pick up after their dogs. Despite having pest control monthly, I still have roaches and ants. The office staff aren’t that friendly and it takes very long for issues to get fixed. Don’t bother spending your money here, you won’t be happy. Everyone moves out after their lease is up. You can do better.. keep looking.
