I genuinely feel that management here does not care about their residents as much as they do about making money. They refuse to take accountability and gaslight you into thinking the problems that arise are your fault which is extremely unprofessional.

otra vez tengo problemas con el aire acondicionado desde que llegamos a vivir acá hemos tenido problemas con el aire cambiaron su unidad y ahora la nueva después de un tiempo ya no quiere servir

The complex is maintained, has nice resources as well. The apartment is comfortable and attractive. There are plenty of stores near by to get a variety of items

Been living here starting my 4th year. In this time I have seen significant changes in the complex for the better. It shows that ownership and management and maintenance personnel are concerned about the upkeep and upgrades to the complex. I would like to see better lighting in certain areas in the parking areas behind certain bldgs. It is dark in a number of places and a potential places for some sort of robbery or what not.
