If you choose not to join,you still can join the Freedom Boat Club right outside your front door in the Marina or rent a slip for your own boat and possible join the marina club membership allowing you access to club areas. The public beach is just outside the north gate at the end of Jungle Hut Rd. Gorgeous sunsets and sunrises from your condo balcony are frequent and abundant! Plenty of room for 5-6 to sleep with in unit laundry,fireplace on screen above wet bar,convection cooktop,low utilities and water,cable and wi-fi are included with the rent. King bed in primary and queen in 2nd bedroom. Sofa is very large and access to the balcony from the living area and the primary bedroom. The master bath has a large soaking tub and a separate shower and separate water closet with two closets. The second bedroom has access to bathroom and marina views.
