We have been here 9 months and this place has not been disappointing. For starters, the staff is awesome. They take care of everyone and everything. They look out for their tenants because they live here too. Brianna, Beatrice, Andy and Jr., you couldn't ask for better people to work here and take care of any question you have.

I have been living here for over six years and I have no complaints everybody watches out for each other and even the workers and the ladies of the office are super nice and sweet they’re always helpful

These apartments are by far the worst apartments ever. Kitchen appliances never worked, A/C unit would make a huge gunshot sound every time it turned on. Oven, garbage disposal, and dishwasher never worked. The road noise is awful, cars sitting in the parking lot bumping subwoofers at 2am, dogs constantly barking, car alarms going off for 30 plus minutes every single night. The bugs are bad, from the day I moved in, to the day I moved out, it was a daily battle of killing cockroaches. They were... infested in the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms mainly. Family, Friendly, and quiet place to live. The staff is friendly. Gated community, with nightly security monitoring the complex. It definitely make you feel safe. The neighbors are friendly. Excellent swimming pool, weight room, and laundry facility.

The managers here a rude, always carry attitudes, and mess up keys and information. ... the hand out notices threatening to evict on false information and when contributed they show no regard about the notice that they gave out and of the misunderstanding, talk to you like a child!
