Windmill Lakes

Windmill Lakes Condominium is now under new management, and the community is finally seeing positive changes. The previous property management company, BDM, created many problems for residents. Fortunately, the community was able to move on from that situation, and the former owner is now facing legal consequences.

With the new management team in place, many of the longstanding issues are being addressed. Residents are working together closely and showing a strong spirit of cooperation.... Everyone is committed to restoring the reputation of the condominium and improving the quality of life in the community.

Crappy management. Partnered with towing company that will Tow your vehicle, even if registered. Poor maintenance. The association’s secretary is rude and unprofessional. Do NOT rent here.

Place has no regular maintenance.
Pool is closed by the health department.
Pool area is in bad disrepair.
People violate rules with no correction.
Entrance gate is a joke, fake security.
Association doesn't care unless you complain.
Pot holes, broken gates, trash overrun.
The list goes on STAY AWAY !!!

Other than being robbed and all the crimes that have occurred here, this apartment complex is partnered with a company that will tow your car even if it is registered. I had my car registrated as a guest as I was instructed too. Still was towed because it wasn’t parked within the block of the building (even though this was never mentioned within the app). Please do yourself the favor and look somewhere else to live.

The maintenance is terrible, security terrible, thoses who work for the association is no where to be found or heard not quite sure the point of having a phone to call for no reply. Cars that are registered as guest gets constantly towed . Towing cars is about the only thing that this association accomplished / done correctly which is a shame. I would never advise this to buy.
