Thank you for your review. We would like to speak with you and hope to resolve issues within our control. Please contact the Manager. Our rent is average for the Plant City area. We do have two pools in comparison to one of most properties and they… are average size (capacity load 20 persons each) and the beautiful part about our pools is they are very clean and cared for on a regular basis. We have a basketball area, a beautiful Brand New Playground, grill areas, car wash area, and you can't beat our location. We have an on staff cleaning person who regularly cleans the laundry facilities and sweeps down the spider webs, but those crafty little critters build them faster than we can keep up with. We live on the wooded areas and this is Florida, full of critters. We will address this issue more often as necessary and report this to pest control as well, maybe this will curb the issue as well. Please report this to the office as we have not heard of this being a huge issue from anyone else. If you are having trouble with our laundry machines, please report this to the office promptly so that we can call in a work order to the laundry company to make repairs. They can also send you a refund if it is warranted. We most certainly agree, It shouldn't take this amount of $$ to dry your clothing, please allow us to try to fix the problem. The machines are used extremely frequently and get worn quickly and for this reason we are in the process of contracting for new machines once again. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please come to us for any assistance, we want to be of help in these situations. As most Apartment Communities in Plant City, we were built many years ago, we have done many renovations to our apartments. We can only encourage renters to do their due diligence on their own, price check, look at all options, inside and out including location. We are in a great location, serve well, and care about our residents. If given the chance, we try to fix what we can to the best of our ability and what is in our control. Our desire is to make every tenant experience a positive one. The majority of our residents are very happy and it is unsettling to hear of any who may be unsatisfied and we wish to rectify any problems if possible. We welcome the person who wrote the… comment to contact any member of management to have a discussion about the concerns and for some clarification on the issues. We can assure you that the accounting is accurate as everything is copied, documented, posted and accounted for per our policy for every individual tenant payment.
