Valrico Station

I’ve had a wonderful experience at Valrico Station Apartment Community. The community is clean, well-maintained, and has a welcoming atmosphere that truly makes it feel like home. The grounds are always kept in great condition, and the overall environment is peaceful and comfortable.
What really sets Valrico Station apart, though, is the front office staff. Cintia and Christine are absolutely exceptional. From day one, they have been professional, friendly, and genuinely caring. They go above... and beyond to help residents, always taking the time to answer questions, address concerns, and make sure everything is handled smoothly. Their positive attitude and dedication truly make a difference and show how much they care about the residents.

Firstly, the grounds are very well kept & it shows that Maintenance takes pride in their work. Kelly, the Community Manager, interrupted her meeting to show me apartments & even picked up a piece of trash on the way to the model. These little things check several boxes for me when I’m looking for an apartment community. It’s the level of care that matters to me, over granite countertops, although they’re a nice plus here. The same management company has owned it since it was built & you can tell... that they want to do right by the residents. Great ‘customer service’ is hard to find these days & I commend Kelly for staying late & calling me back to follow up before I applied. I was sold on Valrico Station the same day I toured, but that above & beyond service sealed the deal for me. I hope she’s there as long as I live there, because she made this ridiculously hard time in my life, so much easier! Moved from out of state and I'm am so glad I found this place. We've been here several months and the grounds are kept clean, management has always been prompt and professional. Exactly what we needed during our transitiion. Thank you!

If you want to overpay, and have no support from the management staff this is your place. We have a heard of elephants that live above us and the staff say there’s nothing they can do. They were great to get us to sign a lease. If you have an issue plan on nobody answering the phones.

I've lived here for 3 years and like it a lot! The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I live in the old buildings and plumbing isn't the best there. Toilet clogs often. Opt for the new construction (new phase) if you can afford it. They respond very quickly to maintenance requests. The office staff is very friendly and competent. Grounds are very quiet, safe and clean. Good value for the price.
