Great community

Excellent place to live. Quiet and with great amenities. Pool, jacuzzi, gym and tennis courts. Great location. Right next to Plantation Walk, minutes from University Drive, and I 595. In the heart of Plantation.
Under the new management the community is 100% better, is very well maintained and EVERYTHING works. People who don’t like to follow the rules complain. The rules make our community safe, clean and beautiful.

Mold

I moved into my condo December 2013, I started to experience mold, I made several complaints to property manager and owner nothing was done until a couple weeks ago. myself and my family has been ill from the outcome of the mold now I am searching for another place to live. At first my condo was a beautiful place to live until the mold issue.
