Only one standard-size personal vehicle is permitted per reservation in the driveway; no trailers, boats, vessels, recreational vehicles, buses, box trucks, oversize, or commercial vehicles are allowed, and there is a $500 fine for violation. No parties, events, or gatherings are permitted, and any guest found to be having a party will be required to leave immediately without a refund, and will incur a $500 fine. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM, and any noise complaint will result in a $500 fine. No indoor smoking is permitted, including cigarettes, hookah, vaping, pipes, cigars, and any cannabis use; outdoor smoking at least 10 feet from the building is permitted, and all windows/doors to the unit must remain closed while smoking outdoors, and there is a $500 fine for violation. The property is monitored with exterior cameras that capture and record audio and video; there is a $1000 fine for unplugging, moving, or any alteration of the security cameras or any of its cords, base station, or any other parts/apparatus.
