Best community I have ever lived at
First, the aesthetic and common spaces as well as apartment layouts are all so beautiful. Everything is clean and modern. Literally south Florida luxury mixed with calm beach vibes.
Second, the process (from the application , to move-in to day to day needs) all go so smoothly. Unlike most communities, everything was so fast, simple and easy. Who doesn’t love that?
Lastly, the staff is golden! A team that works together with the best communication skills and so humbly there to go the extra... mile for their tenants. From front desk, to maintenance to management. All so incredible. Carlos, quick witted, humble, and bilingual to accommodate everyone ! Johnathan: so sweet. Always so helpful ands happy doing so. Henrique, (maintenance) always around to help! Fast and trust worthy! Haneen; best manager I’ve ever come across at any establishment. An efficient problem solver, a professional who goes the extra mile for her staff and clients. I hope to stay here as long as possible. An amazing community where it feels like home every step of the way

Love it Here!
I’ve had a really great experience living at Aviara East Pompano. What makes it stand out for me is the staff — they’re not just friendly, they actually listen and follow through. Anytime I’ve made a suggestion or needed something, they’ve responded quickly and genuinely tried to make things better for not only me but everyone.
It’s clear they really care about the community and take pride in what they do. You don’t always find that. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a place... where the team actually shows up for their residents.
