I’ve had a great experience living here so far. The complex is well maintained, management is easy to communicate with, and my maintenance requests are handled quickly. I also always feel safe here, which is so valuable to me. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and positive place to live, I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking in the area.

DO NOT MOVE IN HERE. I was utterly charmed when the realtor brought me in to look at the complex. Unfortunately, I didn't look close enough, I didn't ask the right questions, and I didn't read the reviews. The property manager did a wonderful job of covering up the BLACK MOLD with paint before we moved in. Imagine our surprise when, during the very first rain storm, my roommate's ceiling turned from... brown to black, began to bubble, and was wet to the touch. Imagine our further surprise when, after submitting a maintenance request, our first meeting was cancelled without notice, and the second meeting was not, as I assumed, for repairs. I told my boss I would be late, sat and waited until 11 AM for a maintenance man, who asked me what's wrong, took pictures, wrote down the nature of the problems, and then left. Yes, that's right. He left without making a single repair. According to him, an estimate was needed. That was 3 weeks ago. Nobody from the association or property management company that owns our apartment has been back. We've been told multiple times that another appointment has been set, but the only other person who has been to this apartment is the health inspector, who came at my roommate's request.

In addition, parking here is a nightmare. 2 people move into a 2-bedroom apartment, driving 2 separate vehicles registered with the association, and are only assigned 1 parking space. I asked the office what to do, as by 5 PM the guest spaces are completely full. They responded with "You can rent a garage, but there's a waiting list." I asked security to help me one night. The gentleman very kindly found me a parking space, AS THERE ARE ALWAYS EMPTY PARKING SPACES AVAILABLE, but told me not to park there tomorrow night. I asked him what I should do tomorrow night, and he responded with, "Call the office and ask for a spot." When I did so the next day, the office's reply was, "Parking is limited." Still not sure where I'm supposed to put my car.

I see a review below posting about how great this place is for kids. Sure, it's spectacular if you're fine with your children playing on a disused tennis court with gaping holes in the chain link fence. I know they're only in there because their other option is for them to play in the street and hope they don't get hit by some jerk speeding through the parking lot. Read More

A very quiet neighborhood to live and raise kids if you have them, convenient location. Close to grocery stores and parks. Easy access to the major highways both I-95 and the Florida Turnpike. Maintenance is very quick about getting things done. Here have two well-kept pool areas that are always open. The complex is kept very clean and landscaping is always done on time.

things have broken down since I moved in, I think I have had more trouble here than any of the other places I've lived combined. It sure would come in handy to win the "free rent for life".. I've been looking for a job for 7 months now.

Quiet area, gated community with a walking trail with a beautiful view a pond and golf course. Air condition exercise room. On site security. Close to I-95 and turnpike. Close to great shopping, resturants and Casino. 10 minute drive from the beach.
