They have bed bugs

My mom lives there while she was in the hospital we were going to stay there but as we were going to go to bed we found bed bugs. The manager and his staff were very rude. The manager tried to tell us the next morning that there was none so I took him in and right away showed him one. Says that he knows all about them and that they don't crawl through the vents which is absolutely not true they do go through vents and they also crawl over 100 feet per night through any crack crevis through... baseboards down walls etc. The way we were treated is totally unnecessary. And he is only trying to hide the problem not solve it I told him the whole building needed treated and he says it to expensive my thought is treat the problem and get rid of it so your not paying each time they move from apartment to apartment. My mom is not a dirty person and has lived there 17 years. The manager and his staff do not treat tenants very well.
