This unit is conveniently located within walking distance to Flagler College (about a 4-minute walk), St. George Street (approx. 9-minute walk), the Lightner Museum (around a 10–11-minute walk), Castillo de San Marcos National Monument (roughly a 12–14-minute walk), the Colonial Quarter, and the Fountain of Youth Archaeological Park (approximately 0.7 miles walking distance). McDonald's is located immediately next door.
Please note that the downstairs unit is rented separately and guests may be entering or exiting the backyard at any time. The grill and outdoor dining table are for downstairs guests only. Smoking of any kind is prohibited, with a $200 fine for violations. Additional charges will incur to cover repair or cleaning costs. Unauthorized parties are not allowed, and violations will result in additional charges and immediate eviction. Only registered guests are permitted to stay at the property. Any additional guests that exceed the maximum allowed at the property will incur an additional charge of $100 per person and requires approval from us prior to booking. Quiet hours are observed from 10pm to 7am. Early arrivals and late check-outs are not guaranteed due to our tight cleaning schedule and are available for an additional fee of $100 for 1-2 hours or $200 for 2-3 hours. A 3.9% processing fee on refunds is non-refundable.
The primary guest must be 21+, with an adult over 21 present during the stay. No food or drink is allowed in bedrooms (closed water bottles are allowed); extra cleaning fees will apply for stains. All trash must be disposed of in outside bins before departure. Report any damages within 24 hours of occurrence or immediately upon arrival. Wash all dishes and run the dishwasher before leaving.
