Soluna

Soluna is a beautiful community with great amenities. The customer service really stood out. Heather was amazing to work with! She made the whole touring/leasing process super easy and answered all of our questions. I can't wait for my grandson to visit us and use the playground! Highly recommend checking it out!

I’m writing this as a 5-star review because Jill  and her team truly deserve it. She is an incredible manager who genuinely cares about her community and the people who live here.

She helped me through one of the hardest transitions in my life, and I can honestly say her support made a real difference. I know there are some past reviews out there, and I understand where they may come from but at the end of the day, Jill can only do so much when she’s relaying on timelines given to her. What I... can speak to is her character, and she is one of the kindest, most genuine people I’ve met.

The pool just opened, and I couldn’t be happier. Yes, there was a wait, but Jill and her team did everything they could to keep the community engaged and positive throughout. Every month there’s something giveaways, Pet of the Month, or fun events at the clubhouse which really shows the effort they put in.

The office doesn’t feel like a typical leasing office. They have an open door policy, they’re approachable, and they’re always responsive when you need help. I’ve lived in luxury apartments before and never felt this level of connection.

Greystar, the corporation the owns Soluna, is currently under class action lawsuits in Florida, California, Colorado, Texas, and more for scaming renters in other rental communities. Absolutely no landscaping upkeep at all. The grass is almost 3 feet tall, lots of dead trees and dead spots in the grass, and Amenities are still unavailable. It's safe to say at this point that we will probably go through our full 1 year lease without having access to the... pool at all. When asked about it, management gives us no real answers outside of the typical corporate non answer filled with additude. Stay as far away from this place as possible.

These other reviews are either BOTS or they were incentived to leave a good review. It's been 8 months now and we still don't have a mail room, our pet spa is still not open, we have no access to the pool, our new appliances have broken twice now, and the outdoor grills are unavailable. We bought a new door mat and a month later they put out a notice that all doormats are prohibited which is frustrating, because there is dirt everywhere as a result of incomplete landscaping causing us to vacuum the house every day. The internet has gone out multiple times and is slower than advertised. We secured an amazing unit with a deposit months in advance only to be continuously disappointed by them pushing our agreed upon move in date back 3 months in a row. This forced us to live with our parents and move all of our stuff into a storage unit as a result because our lease at our last apartment had lapsed. With no end in sight we ended up taking a lesser unit to avoid any further discomfort in our displacement and ended up with an apartment that is constantly consumed with the sound of the very busy State Road 16 right outside our window. Just got mail keys after a year. Advertised amenities not available and/or do not work. "delayed due to construction." People are nice enough and neighbors are good. But everyone is moving out once lease is up. There are too many options that are fully open that is cheaper.
