If you have bad neighbors it outweighs anything “good”
I have terrible upstairs neighbors. I’ve asked the woman ahead of the condo complex to address the situation and nothing has happened. We have tried to contact the neighbors privately and we have tried the manager multiple times. It sounds like elephants upstairs 24/7. Thankfully we won’t have to deal with this much longer as we will be moving soon. I feel bad for anyone that has to live under these neighbors because management will not do anything about it.

I'm renting a beautiful condo here. Love the quiet serene setting. Pet friendly and great location. Minutes to beach by bike or auto. Minutes to downtown. Great neighbors. Basketball court indoors, beautiful pool. Washer dryer in mine. Hate that I have to move for a new job. Leave message if interested in my unit to rent. Wood floors, plantation shutters on all windows and comes furnished!
