The open plan living area invites you to unwind, featuring a comfortable sitting area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining space. The living area is graced with large windows that fill the space with an abundance of natural light while offering breathtaking water vistas. Step outside onto the private deck to enjoy your morning coffee. If you're a boating enthusiast or an angler, our vacation home caters to your needs. With direct access to the water and your own boat lift, you're free to explore the surrounding waters at your leisure. Each person 18 and older must complete their own individual application ($80 fee for each person) and complete a background/credit screening ($30 fee for each person). Security deposit is equivalent to 1 month's rent. Seasonal Rate = $3,000 per month, Off-Season Rate = $2,500 per month.
