The previous review is not lying about the office! Literally worst people I’ve ever encountered! The office for this place SUCKS! They don’t care about their tenants at all! Have problems after problems and I’ve only lived here 3 months so far!!! First issue was a roach infestation in the fridge (magically appeared once I already signed the lease because i checked the fridge while touring the apartment and there was nothing in it!). Second issue was they didn’t repair or replace anything they... said they would before I moved in! Same broken blinds, same cabinet door that is a piece of plywood with nails sticking out (not like other cabinets here) and still not light fixture covers for outside lights… but everyone else who has a patio has them other than me. Thirdly, they do not have enough parking for every tenant and it’s absolutely ridiculous that you have to worry that if you leave and come back you won’t have a parking spot. Fourthly, I put in a maintenance request for my fridge nearly a month ago and it’s yet to be completed.. fridge doesn’t cool how a fridge should. Fifthly, my bedroom ac can’t be changed any higher than 65 degrees or the unit starts smoking and sets off smoke detectors.

All of this has been brought to the office attention and yet they still do nothing.

This property is so poorly managed, it seems like they go out of their way to make living here the worst possible experience. I can never get a hold of someone when I have a problem. There are termites and roaches that they won’t do a thing about. The people they have working on the place painted my door shut and got paint on my plants, outdoor furniture, and door mat. My bike got stolen from my balcony and they keep having my car towed and won’t tell me why. Please DO NOT rent from this company

I’ve lived here since august of 2021 and I would have rather lived in my car. The office is terrible. The apartment is INFESTED with bugs. Not even just roaches. Beatles, centipedes, moths, flies. There has been water coming up through the floor for months and no one can return a phone call. Oh! And when we had a water leak that spread through 3 apartments, it took calling the city to get a returned call from the management company in Ohio. I hope whoever rents this place to people the way they... rented it to me steps on Lego’s for the rest of their miserable lives. DO NOT RENT HERE. Read More
