Love my new apartment!

What a beautiful property and right downtown St. Petersburg. This area is mostly not affordable but for people over 55 with certain incomes, these apartments are available. It is green certified which I love since I have asthma. They have activities the residents can participate in plus either walking distance or by bus, one has access to all kinds of activities in St. Petersburg and nearby towns (e.g., restaurants, plays, the boardwalk, etc.). Love it!

very beautiful!

Haven't been here too long, but so far everything here is impeccable, a walker's dream neighborhood. No car needed, everything in walking distance, public transportation, also very nearby. Hoping to never have to move.
