Complete Negligence
As of writing this I have 5 open maintenance tickets. 3 of which are over 3 months old. I have sent half a dozen un-answered emails. You can't call because no one ever picks up and they disabled the voicemail box. I once managed to locate one of the office staff and forced them to walk to my apartment and acknowledge the issues and 2 months has gone by with nothing.
There are piles of trash in the hallways, homeless people living in the back lot, and the "renovations" were abandoned (I've been... told its because they failed to pay the renovation company).
The windows are falling out, debris from the hurricanes is still everywhere, the last 1/4 of the complex is partially panted because the painters left, and there's been a 2nd story balcony with the guardrail just leaning against the wall for at least 6 months now. Last summer both pools were closed all summer and the grass around the complex was waist-high. This is truly the worst place I have ever lived.
