Exceptional Maintenance Support and Expertise

Mark and Filips came to my apartment today and quickly resolved the issue with my stove. They are true professionals who clearly know their craft and take pride in their work.

What impressed me most was that they didn't just fix the problem—they took the time to explain what had happened, why it happened, and what precautions I should take to ensure safety going forward.

This is not the first time Mark and Filips have helped address maintenance issues in my unit, and every experience has been… excellent. They are knowledgeable, courteous, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure the job is done right.

I truly appreciate their outstanding service and professionalism.

Terrible Place To Live

Only good thing is location. Management and maintenance is terrible. You can’t get in touch with anyone in the office. They hit you with every extra cost on top of rent. Safety is a concern with top golf being built more traffic. The upkeep on the pool isn’t even worth the amenity charge. I have asked for over a year for lighting to be fixed and it continues to not be fixed. My AC also seems to be going out which I’m sure is causing an increase in my electric bill. Lack of concern for residents… needs is not worth the cost.
