WORST AND MOST DEPLORABLE PLACE TO LIVE
I have lived here for over 20 years and this and this apartment complex has been run to the ground by new owner. Last April I transferred to another unit with plumbing issues. Then in August rain came through the baseboards in my bedroom and flooded room and damaged some of my things. It was on a Saturday and maintenance refused to come out until Monday and to put towels along baseboard. I was dealing with this issue for several months. I put a bad review on here and got a nonrewal on my... lease. The office manager stated the new owner would renew my least if I took down the bad review and replace with a good review. I took the bad review down but refused to lie to people about apartment complex. I was able to renew lease and eventually transfer to another unit this past March. THE NEW UNIT IS WORST THAN THE FIRST. The air conditioner was broken and it took over three weeks to fix, ant infestation, termites, rodents in walls, corrosion under bathroom sink, weather stripping on front door was old and cracked and maintenance man just ripped it off and didn't replace for over a week. Bugs came in through the doorcracks. Now for the past two months my kitchen island has had electrical issues. Bathtub knobs are so tight it hurts to try to turn them. The Leasing office called me three weeks ago at work to say everything was fixed which was a lie. Then there are no work orders on app. The office assistance and new office manager continues to placate, blow off, and lie.THE ENTIRE COMPLEX STAFF SUCKS.
DON'T BE SUCKERED AND CONNED BY THE FAKE SWEETNESS AND KINDNESS OF LEASING OFFICE. ONCE YOU SIGN THE LEASE YOU ARE DOOMED. I HAVE SEEN THE SAME UNFORTUNATE FATE OF SOME OF THE NEW TENANTS.
