Amazing community
Have been a resident here for a few years. The neighbors are the best. Work orders get done in a timely manner. And there is always someone in the office if you need them. Thr Amazon Lockers is one of my favorite features as I order a lot. Can't wait to renew again for another year!

Resident for over 3 years
I rented an apartment here for more than three years. Over that time, I had some neighbors that were loud, some that weren't clean, and some that weren't pleasant. But all of my concerns were always addressed promptly and completely. A couple of times I got frustrated because I would be asked to take an item off of my patio, or move something away from my door. However, in retrospect, THAT is how they keep the place looking and feeling so orderly and clean. No exceptions for anyone! The... management here is more than fair, and do a great job keeping the prices reasonable while the accommodations are resort-like. I highly recommend this place as a perfect temporary home while moving to the area, or an in-between while building or house hunting. Top notch.
