Spring Lake

They are polite, pleasant, knowledgeable and personable. I’ve been living here for 2 and a half years now and I have always had a maintenance request answered promptly. The other night I was locked out of my apartment late in the evening and Ben, whom I met when I first moved here, responded to my call within minutes.
This property is well maintained and it’s Ben and his staff that make living here a great experience.

On Saturday we had a enjoyable time at Spring Lake Trunk a Treat. The kids within our community and friends had fun on inflatable slide. This is a beautiful community to live in and very responsible staff.

Dog friendly, nicely sized apartments. Reasonably priced and the neighborhood is friendly. You are close to the beach as well as downtown. Not to mention beautiful maximo park is within walking distance! The staff working the property are also all very friendly!

The office is very helpful, they have cookies and coffee everyday and popsicles for the kids during the summer. I love my apartment! It was super clean when I moved in, had newer flooring (no carpeting, yay!), and is very spacious. The appliances are a little old but work well. The neighbors are all friendly, lots of families live here so it's a nice and quiet environment. Maintenance is very professional and things get fixed quickly.
